Daniel, RE: You haven't quite got the Rambus Way(TM) down, blake. I think you're supposed to start threatening legal action now. I have been threatened 3 times with legal action from 3 different companies. Friends have been threatened 4 other times. In each of these 7 instances, it was the kiss of death for the referenced company. It would be dream come true for me if I saw a Rambus press release that would contain such a threat to Bilow or some other negative poster here.
