Piyush, Corcoran is concerned with lower margins from the acquisitions. However, licensing revenues from the AOL and Microsoft competing IPGS will go to the bottom line. I believe this platform may grow faster than anticipated because MS is giving it away to expand market leadership and I suspect that AOL may respond with a similar strategy sometime this year. microsoft.com news.excite.com That being said, I have no idea as to how the stock will trade in the near term.
