The "law" (DOJ) may have said so but the "LAWS" are still incomplete, of that you will discover in the very near future, no matter what the outcome. Re: "The court's Finding of Law is legal and binding." Yes, however, not yet complete and verified correct. Re: "The guilty party does not get to pick the punishment." They may yet get to settle on it? Or they may choose to take it to final appeals in course of time! The only thing for certain at this point in time is that; It aint over yet! TTOSBT
