It's interesting that although there is a high short interest in GLIA, there doesn't seem to be one in GLFD. Assuming the acquisition goes ahead, I would guess that the shorts are going to want out. GLFD doesn't appear to be a good short.

Assuming that the acquisition goes ahead, GLIA is under-valued by about $1 according to present prices. The gap should narrow in coming months. And if GLFD rises.....
