I hope you don't mind that I use DAR as my scratch pad this moment. Helen came into the room with these blue toy tweezers that make a believable pair of nail clippers. She takes my hand and says with some authority: "Time to cut your nails, baby." (Which she pronounces BB.)
She takes my fingers one by one and pinches the tips with the tweezers. One she did too hard and I complained "Owie! Gently please!"
With this amazingly clinical voice, she says "Sorry, beebee." Then she rubs some life into the offended finger and goes on.

Now I need to find my Baby Moments notebook and transcribe.

When she got her hair washed, which she hates, she screamed bloody murder. Tom heard this and started crying con brio. He tends to cry in sympathy when he hears Helen crying.
