Amazing ... reading that email & ICQ correspondence was like watching an undercover video of a sting operation, except that this was no sting. I would be very astonished if somebody told me that what was going on there was legal. You can look at the charts for the stocks that are mentioned and see the price & volume spikes when the pumps were executed by sending out millions of email messages. I noticed that Merger Communications was mentioned in one of the ICQ messages. Are they the paid touts for Hitsgalore who have a web page that promises to create "volume" for their clients by issuing positive news releases? It's an amazing story, apparently written by somebody who hacked into the spammer's computers in order to get even after the spammer forged his domain name in her spam.
