Lorne, I thought they would start trading post cons on friday, I have a price target set so as soon as it trades above $4, I get an e-mail, Scott

They do look cheap, I was looking at doing some arbitrage on the 3 securities, however the volume (and my full time job) didn't allow it.

The trust units (symbol: ERF.G) will be posted for trading at the opening
on Wednesday, June 14, 2000, on a 1-for-6 consolidated basis under the new
Cusip 29274D 60 4.
No fractional trust units will be issued. If, as a result of the
consolidation, a holder would otherwise become entitled to a fraction of a
consolidated trust unit, an adjustment will be made to the next highest
whole number of trust units.
It is understood that letters of transmittal were mailed to holders of
trust unit on or about June 9, 2000, requesting them to forward their
completed letters of transmittal together with their trust unit
certificates to CIBC Mellon Trust Company at its principal office in
Toronto and Calgary in exchange for trust unit certificates representing
the number of consolidated trust units of the fund to which they are
entitled.
