Richard,

I visited the GoldWorldNet thread
and read the last 2 dozen posts,
and it is as I described it when
I mentioned it after being notified
about it at the Le Metropole Cafe.

"A Gold Price Monitor type thread has been created,
and the good news for gold bugs, GATA fans and gata nuts
is that it is not here on SI where one has to worry about those
who call 911 everytime Barrick is bashed or Bill Murphy is praised."

Now please do not take what I say the wrong way,
but without a Ron Reece, Hutch, Rarebird and even
Bobby Yelling, that thread is like a Bob Johnson
type thread "...just the facts...", and I may mention
that Bob's reduced posting here may be caused by him
posting there. Just a guess.

Anyway, its too technical over there,
but I found lots more new urls to add
to my url post I'm making. And yes,
I make it like if I am a secretary type,
as I do not, for lack of interest, visit
these urls. But I did learn something,
in that eventhough I captured lots of
urls with crb, I didn't realize that one
could get a current gold quote from it.
To tell the truth, I thought that crb
stood for Commode Research Bureau
and I didn't want to add more stink
to this thread since Ron has been
posting a lot, and sometimes that saying
"too much is never enough" ain't true.

But some very good news, in that there
has been a nice free'B out there I was
unaware of, but found it now.

Bob Johnson's entire report is mailed on Fridays

The objective of the mailing list
is to keep GOLDSHEET visitors informed
on a periodic basis.
I intend to issue a brief mailing
which includes weekly closing metal prices,
sites added to the GOLDSHEET Mining Directory
and the GOLDSHEET Numismatic Directory,
and maybe a few comments on the markets.

The mailing list will not re-distribute
large quantities of promotional material
and will never sell or provide your email address
to any third party.

GOLDSHEET Mining Directory - goldsheet.simplenet.com
Thousands of mining related links, with over 800 company pages.

COINSHEET - goldsheet.simplenet.com
Links and descriptions for over 1400 coin and currency sites.

Also, that $290 number Bill Murphy of GATA
mentioned about being important not to go over
seems to be getting some attention these hours
as I type at this midnight hour est.

Might the gold price see it as a "glass ceiling"
and if go through then might lots of broken glass
fall down to earth like a sky is falling,
and might a sharp piece hit and pop a bubble ?

Can only but hopea.

Doug
