Ask if a sale of the ILEC is anticipated to end all foreseeable capital needs/dilution between now and the time earnings will cover capital requirements.

I wouldn't waste a question asking about "increased insider selling" because the selling will continue for years and at higher prices anyway. Thanks.

The executives and insiders who will receive stock options
want them at a low stock price, therefore "good" news will
be withheld until the options are granted. The stock should
move up after the meeting on June 15.
