Wow! Thank goodness I didn't fall for the selloff last week. Just as I was saying about us little guys, now we know the facts when others obviously knew something last week given the volume.

Enterprise accounts taking upwards of a year to close. Some 30 deals that are estimated at $750K - $1.2M are in the pipeline, just couldn't get 'em closed. Change to "paper license" model requiring them to slow down on shipments to the channel (?)

Forward very positive. Clearly a strategic sell now, sales cycle will stretch.

Mike and Thread:

I would say that is a good summary.

I just listened to the whole thing and the last questioner made a statement that pretty much sums up my feeling too.

>> not only was he very disappointed in what has happened but the way it was handled IR wise was over the last 2 week has been atrocious and that they will loose a lot of credibility..<<

Question is what now, that we each have to decide.

"shrink wrap(small customers) built up in the channel."

So, the DSO flag was indeed related to a clogged channel, not just new product introductions as we were lead to believe in the Q1 conf call. I can't believe they didn't see this coming at that time. I'm sorry to say, you'll see the stream of downgrades and announcments of class action suits start this afternoon. It will be a long, long way back.
