Randy: dramreview was the subject of a lot of heated talk. Former RMBS exec. The page has been around at least for 2-3 months. Good summary of patents / technology, tho'. I'm sure Bilow can give you a detailed, well written, and objective (JOKE) review of the page (ggg). For patent litigation discussions with good links, go to posts of ~ June 7. We are looking at ITC releases on the ITC case (not the actual patent litigation in Delaware). Key for the Sega claim (to block importation of Sega) is Claim 23, US Patent 6,038,195. Today, new stuff (Order # 10) appeared at the ITC site, ref. the settlement conference on June 5. dockets.usitc.gov July - Oct 10: witness lists, statements and briefs, prehearings. Oct 10 - Nov 6: more preparation November: hearings March 26, 2001: Initial determination June 25, 2001: Completion of Investigation Looks like the dates are firm (see order). BP
