I like the way you compare "companies that will make DDR chipsets" with the number of companies that are making RDRAM chipsets.

How do you know? There are rumors that Via and AMD are making chipsets for RMBS.

By the way Sony and a number of other companies are using RMBS in their products. These products are not using intel chipsets.

There are currently no DDR chipsets.
