FINGERMATRIX INC ("FINX-L") - Cancels Proposed Relationship Fingermatrix Inc. Friday reported a proposed business relationship, contained in a Term Sheet signed last October by the company, Joseph Randazza and Leslie Roth, has been cancelled. According to Lewis S. Schiller, chairman and chief executive officer, the arrangement was made with Randazza and Roth in expectation of their involvement in the business of a new subsidiary of Fingermatrix -- Authorized Payments Inc. -- which the company's management has now decided not to pursue. Therefore, the proposed relationship has been nullified, he said.
