That's what I always thought as well. In this case, it seems that Judge Jackson felt it more important to make decisions based on his feeling towards Microsoft and the "arrogance" he felt they had to consider themselves innocent. How dare they! All defendants should start with "I'm guilty, how can I mend my ways?", lest they anger the fraternal order of forced respect. Hmmm... doesn't sounds much like the country I thought I lived in.
