I'm 45...:-)Call it childish, call it forthright it is still dumb and counter productive if their aim is to win the case or at least get the best settlement possible... Of course I have heard the rumor that they're taking this tact because what they really want is to break up the company and have the GOVT. to blame... ie. the DOJ to do their dirty work for them...
