As everyone knows by now we filed a form RW (Request to Withdraw) our original Form 10..... As everyone also knows we received a PR a few days ago saying we received a comment letter(questions) from the SEC.
The withdrawing and refiling of the form 10 is just a formality and just the better way to answer the SEC's questions. It is a lot easier for someone to pick up and read a correct form 10 than it is for a person to pick up a form 10 and try to read 10 or 20 amendments attached to it. This withdrawing and refiling is the best way to do it according to the SEC and we agree with them.

As for a timeline on when we may have form 10 refiled, it will take approx. 5/6 business days to get it back into the hands of the SEC after they receive it, it will take them approx. 3/5 days to review it. The SEC has said we will get quick consideration and they will not take longer than 5 days. Also we DO NOT have to file a form 211 to return to the OTCBB....This arrangement was made by Dick Lane and the SEC. So form 211 NOT NEEDED.

So if this scenario is correct we could be back on the OTCBB by June 27/28......Also remember the SEC could come back with more comments(questions) on our refiling,
