LGTO seems to be losing steam, anyone have any predictions?

The June 11 and 12 posts seem oddly prophetic, yet since then, almost no one posts here about Legato:

The "e" will be dropped on Monday, June 12, 00
according to notification from Nasdaq to CBOE

and

The "E" is gone, hopefully forever!

Yet, under $8 I find Legato an appealing buy. Tax loss selling may dog the stock for awhile, but it looks OK to start scaling in, after it breaks $8. Dec 10 Puts traded 8/3 at 2.75, and the Dec 10 and 12.50 calls provide some protection, although I'm waiting for another leg down. The $2/share cash seems like a good cushion against a move toward $6. Class action attacks are an unknown, but hopefully would be paid in shares and warrants + insurance.
