Mike, sorry. There is simply no way that volume would spike to 50M+ shares without a leak. A serious leak. The idea that a CFO skipping a meeting would cause this is laughable.

These problems were foretold in the CC from last quarters earnings. DSOs and AR growth should NEVER be ignored.

I think its quite possible the entire analyst community knew ahead of time. Way too many "re-its" just prior to this debacle. And these "re-its" just resulted in more downward pressure. The biggest Wall Street scam. The buy-siders pound the table in order to unload inventory to the unsuspecting retail investor.

I absolutely agree that, so far, CTXS has done nothing to warrant being sued. That doesn't prevent securities lawyers and shareholders from filing "frivilous" class action lawsuits. I've been an unwilling party to about a dozen class action lawsuits in the past 5 years. Out of all the lawsuits, I only felt one was justified.
