Well, at least the grumbling in the ranks finally got somebody off the phone and on to the website.... June 12, 2000 Largo Vista Group, Ltd. Today filed Amendment number 4 to Form 10-SB. We are very hopeful that this amendment may successfully resolve all the SEC staff?s comments on our initial filing. As soon as this milestone is achieved we will also file an amendment to our Form 10K-SB to reflect in that form all the changes we made to the disclosures contained in Form 10-SB with the four amendments.
