BAY has burst on the scene pretty quickly, and given the context of where they are in the development cycle, it would seem a simple leach test would be the best and most affordable step right now, particularly in light of their budget and financial resources (less than one million US in cash). The bottom line is that we have a very small market cap of 11.0 million shares x 2.70= about US20 million in which to leverage our investment into what may well be a 1/2 billion, or even a billion dollar in-situ deposit.

I sense that as the deposit development process proceeds, there will be continued scrutiny of all kinds of issues, including more "high confidence" testing. No doubt BAY will have a few more dollars on hand to do it as well. I think we are in excellent shape at this point in the development process, with the stock price only very modestly reflecting unfolding events. Under 3.00 (or even 4.00) I see no blue sky whatsoever in the stock price.
