Is CATP Interesting ?

Value is there; Industry Should Continue to Consolidate;

CATP Management is Worst in Industry; CEO Has Limited Industry Experience and Demonstrates Complete Ineptness in Building Relationships with Employees, Customers, and Investors.......All of this makes it a good play as a takeover, but I definitely wouldn't buy it on the idea of a turnaround.

The winners in this industry attract and retain skilled employees - CATP continues to suffer from highest turnover among peers, and there just doesn't seem to be any good reasons that people would want to work for them.

Buy if you think they will submit to industry consolidation.

Sell if you think they will continue to permit Messman and co. to run it into the ground. Publicly traded value decliing; Private market value declining.

Rick.

The daily chart on CATP has rising lows for a change.

If profitability is delivered in the second half of the year as promised, CATP may have turned the corner and be transitioning to an uptrend.
