Your intuition was dead nuts on. I think the lgtoe analogy (the e was just removed) is close but thus far there is no indication of any foul play by ctxs as in the lgto case. Just simple weak mangement. Nonetheless the shyster law firms will go after them with avengeance and the stock will be hit again. Someone posed a $10 to 12 range question a few posts ago and my visceral feel on this one which led me to concur earlier that there would be a much better buying opportunity in sync with your gut feel leads me to think that there is yet a much better buying opportunity for ctxs just ahead. Wait for the lawyer plaintiff suits to start and look out for the possibility that somewhere there is a big fat rat waiting to jump out and bite your nose before this is over. Remember lgto's fall from 80 to 9 approx.
