Eva,

Not that it makes an iota difference but I do like the idea of having Lizzy around. She has a unique point of view and it tends to help people like me to maintain a more balanced view ... aside from the fact that it keeps others on their toes. :-)

And while I'm at it, calculating a return prior to actually selling has seldom worked for me in the past.
