EBITDA is estimated to be over $39,000,000. "With capital expenditures of $30 to $40 million this year we should end the year with an increase of only $5 to $10 million above the year-end 1999 senior debt level. "Reserve growth should be in the range of 10-15% with production expected to exceed the 1999 volume of 18.1 Bcfe by 5-10%. "We are developing our reserves and looking for acquisitions which will be accretive to PANACO in the long run."
