Exactly my point. When the administration of justice is in neutral hands and based on principle we have a generally workable system. It will never be infallible and justice not served in this life is met appropriately in the next. I have a real difficult time watching as we string along the criminals in the USA. The prisons are bursting at the seams with people who are convinced that they have entitlement and who are focused on how to get something more out of the system.
