While we're all guessing what Zeev meant, here's my guess before he gets back and gives the real answer...

Zeev reckons the stock might hit œ15 so fast that he won't have time to sell on the way down, possibly with a gap, so he would either have to sell at that point, hold, or buy more. As he thinks it might bounce to œ30, then the sensible plan would be to buy more.

Assuming of course, that Zeev didn't invest heavily in the first half with money borrowed from his business and got wiped out by the gap down, in which case he might have to start doing a few seminars <VVVBG>
