The interview was at about 12:20 ET. Your chart shows a definite relationship between that time and a sell-off in the stock. In my opinion, the remarks that most hurt the stock were about the lack of chips. SNDK's customers are on allottments. More chips could be sold if there were more capacity to produce them. I'm sure many investors see this as holding down revenues and profits for a while to come, so they're putting money elsewhere for now.
