Hi Zeev - re CTXS, while the CEO and CFO performance today were very bad [see recent posts from CTXS thread, which have been surprisingly void of emotion and quite informative,] I think CTXS does have a certain *lock* to her respective market segment. Large organizations are likely to continue Winframe deployment. Those were the days when people could telnet all over the place. That said, probably one could see it coming with MSFT turning out a subpar Q. I cannot see it flamming out for long though. To put it in perspective, I'd rather take position in CTXS than MSTR!

Besides, I ve wanted it way back when when MSFT almost killed it but was too afraid. Then, when it rebounded, I decided not to chase. Well, consider my position is a get-it-out-of-my-system :)

best, Bosco

Zeev:

Not just on CTXS but on any stock it seems once they get hammered it doesn't stop in a day. Hope you get a DCB today since yesterday was not the 1st day of the sell off.

The volumn was impressive. Had to be plenty of funds dumping.

Tim

Zeev, are you expectng a CTXS DCB purely on stock action or is there some fundamental reason for thinking the stock has now become undervalued? While it is almost certainly now oversold on a technical basis, I have always wondered what the prospects were for this company and why anybody would ever want to own shares in it.

IMO, they basically sold everything they had going for them to MS. Unless they can come up with something new, I don't know where their sales will come from.
