It's good to see but too sudden and too steep for most of your guesses.

My favorites are:-

Something interesting underground.

Out of court settlement.

Pre-selling of the next financing

A major development in the corporate evolution, like an offer or something.

Seems to me the exchange will be asking questions if there's no release. A 15% spike after what we've been going through is bound to raise eyebrows unless there's some explanation.
