David, you and I disagree. Microsoft hasn't broken any law. This is what a misguided Justice dept and a pompous judge are saying. One court doesn't a ruling make. If you see the judge's analogies about this case and the second world war (not withstanding his every ruling which has been biased against Microsoft), you would be ashamed to cite his conservative credentials. Conservative or not, this judge was biased and wanted to teach Microsoft a lesson. This can be easily gleaned from his comments to the press. I have no faith in Joel Klein when he says that consumer harm has been caused. People are better off today, because of many companies, such as YHOO, MSFT, AOL, SUNW, INTC, CSCO and others. Let these guys fight among themselves and let them figure out who wins. This govt meddling has got to stop.

I have never complained about any of these guys as lefties. I don't know where you get your drivel from. I have just complained about this misguided vendetta the justice dept, Clinton and Jackson are engaging in. That is all.
