I don't know Jack. In the big scheme of things, a GLW/SDLI combination would compare with JDSU/ETEK. And with the current growth in this industry, no mergers are going to occur without the kind of large premiums we've seen.

I can't say if I'm pro or con. I like both companies and love to trade SDLI.
