Terry

I had run the file checker before with no files found to be corrupted. But thought it best to run again as new problems had shown up.

I am now stuck on a corrupt file found window and it asked to restore file from my installation disks. I installed the win 98 CD into the drive and made it the "restore from" disk. I get a window which says the file not found at that location. The only other rescue type disks I have are norton and I no longer have norton on machine.

any suggestions from anyone?

The file name is d3drm.dll
Location: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM

I am going to run through the system file checker and list the found corrupted files. I will simply ignore fixing them for now so I can make a list...

Files corrupted: d3dpmesh.dll, d3dxof.dll

That's it.
