Zeev:

On the equipment companies I now expect the SEC staff to release a frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document on SAB 101 before the end of the month.

The FAQ will address a number of implementation questions that we have received, including those involving customer acceptance. With regard to customer acceptance issues, the FAQ should include examples of equipment/installation sales agreements where revenue recognition would be improper until acceptance occurs and examples where revenue recognition prior to acceptance would be appropriate.

I like NVLS, COHU, LTXX, MTSN, ASYT to name a few. Not sure why COHU & MTSN seem to be weaker. MTSN maybe due to CFMT rumors.

Zeev, What do you think of the action on the Naz? Any change in the "plan"?
