What the media is now up in arms about - besides their desire to create a straw argument against Bush - is the fact that since many - and soon all - courts now allow DNA testing results into the courtroom that actually strengthens the argument for the death penalty as it reduces uncertainty and works against the endless appeals that characterize the process now.

The media is using emotion once again to try to slay reason, turning reality on its head.
