Would that be the first LE they sold this year :')

Hyundai is a new one, assume it's an evaluation system, but maybe not. A single unit could be put in by the guys supporting Samsung, right? Either way, very good news. Lot's of support type jobs listed for Samsung which is the existing production customer for CVD Aspen III, so the infrastructure is building there.

Ian,

Would you share your thoughts on the speculation that Mattson, Steag, and CFM will become one?

I don't know what to believe and am concerned about the short term impact on the share price of MTSN should any of these rumors be true.
