Hitsgalore's suit against Bloomberg is seeing some activity this week.

The LA County online docket server is something of a hit-or-miss
affair. It seems to have only a 14-day memory, and if
you don't look at the right time, you won't see any
activity. After seeing nothing the first few time I looked,
for several weeks I haven't bothered to check.

Well, tonight I checked and for the first time I saw a
docket item for the case. Not sure what its significance
is. In fact, I can't even tell who is making the motion:
