Tom, Vic Fricas, the VP of Field Operations quoted in tonight's PRs made a very good impression on me at the analyst meeting. He came on board just few months ago and already is making an impact. David Nolan recruited him to ARC. Vic was a COO of a company that I forgot the name. According to Nolan, when Fricas joined the other company, the gross margins stepped up quickly. I trust that he will do the same for ARC. He brought with him the so-called dashboard metrics to monitor operations on a weekly basis. Regards, Tom
