To all,I faxed a letter asking a few questions and making a few suggestions to Mr Whitman last Saturday.He called me this morning at 8:05 Minnesota time,we talked for about twenty mins.First of all I told him of our fears of a R/S and he said that as he sees it a R/S would only do us harm and he has no intention of it now or in the future,however things could change in a few years.In regards to I-WIDE_OPEN who posts negative posts on RB litagation is still in process and he hopes that we all can disregard his comments.As for selling shares in his opinion its much better for all to do so rather then a R/S,off shore finacing with high interest rates,etc.With that in mind I suggested that we the shareholders be given a chance to buy at a reduced cost plus there would be no commission,he is going to talk to his attorney about that today.Next Post!!!
