i feel no guilt for recommending cree in the and 30's and elon in the teens.

forget trading...if you simply bought and held...the profits are handsome. 5-6x in less than a year.

i agree elon is not in an earnings tornado yet. imo it is very close. similar to gmst or rmbs...very close.

clearly, cree is in an earnings tornado and the winds continue to accelerate.

Ctxs is not the exception but the rule now, miss a single step and you are shown no mercy.

That's usually the case these days but I wouldn't put the example of Citrix in that category. When management forecasts earnings that are half what they had guided analysts into expecting, it's not unreasonable that the stock price should be sliced in half also.
