NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 14, 2000--Wamex Holdings, Inc. About WAMEX Holdings, Inc.

The WAMEX Alternative Trading System (ATS) Technology empowers investors to complete transactions more efficiently and at a lower cost. WAMEX ATS Technology provides alternative pools of liquidity for its members and enables them to trade directly with each other, individual to individual while having access to the inventories of larger institutions. This dynamic creates the possibility of price enhancement not available to investors within the current market structure. The ATS will allow investors to trade amongst themselves; therefore eliminating the losses associated with proprietary trading so commonly employed against individual investors. Management contends that this trading system can become the primary alternative to trading securities on traditional markets and exchanges.
