I haven't tried Win2000, but I did ask Townsend's tech support people about it, and they say that the latest RT3 - 7.0 - (but NOT earlier versions!) runs fine on it.

I run Realtick with Windows 2k and it's solid as a rock. I have to reboot about once a week, just for good measure :-).
