FOR THOSE WHO REMEMBER WHEN NSTG WAS BREAKING OUT AND I KEPT COMPLAINING HOW ALEX KEPT MANIPULATING EVERY TIME THIS STOCK TRIED TO RUN ,HAVE A LOOK AT THIS LITTLE CONVERSATION BETWEEN SYMY AND ALEX....I HAVE SAID IT MANY TIMES THAT THESE MARKET MAKERS HOLD THESE COMPANY HOSTAGE AND IF THE COMPANY DOES NOT COVER THEIR SHORTS BY GIVING THEM SHARES THEY DESTROY THEIR STOCK...WHILE THE S.E.C KEEPS GOING AFTER THE TOUTERS THEY FAIL TO HAVE THE GUTS(OR THEIR POCKETS GET FILLED AND DECIDE TO IGNORE) TO GO AFTER THE CARD DEALERS... Check this out....... By: SymphonyCEO Reply To: None Wednesday, 14 Jun 2000 at 2:17 PM EDT Post # of 1929 From SYMY CEO... To whom it may concern, I would like to thank all the people who have sent me information regarding the alleged market manipulation. I have spoken with the Board of directors and our legal counsel regarding this matter and can report the following in answer to your questions and concerns: I have spoke with Gerry Rosen of J. Alexander Securities. (ALEX) Mr. Rosen was very upset by my call, hanging up on me after my introducing myself and stating that I understand ALEX is shorting SYMY. Upon calling him back I was told "I am a market maker, I can do whatever I like and I don't have to tell you my position". I have personally never seen a stock get beat up like this on a smallcap company announcing acquisitions and a $100 million funding, but of course that is just my opinion. Symphony does intend to apply for a NASDAQ or AMEX listing in the very near future. Although there can be no assurance of the company being approved. In the meantime the company is exploring all legal avenues and will act accordingly. Thank you for your continued support. Best regards, Symphony Telecom International, Inc. Gilles A.
