Well Dan, I have decided that it is no longer in my best interest to hold WHT and have sold my position over the last few days. Good luck to the rest of you, and I will likely come back if there is any sign this company can make one deadline. To use the procurement of Novacor as an excuse for missing the deadline is at best a smoke and mirror to me.

They insist that the blood bag by Novacor is far superior to their blood bag, this is why they intend on fitting it. In the end what happens if in 3 months they find something else that is superior to a component in Heartsaver, can we count on this being replaced as well?? At what point is this product going to pass the pre-prototype stage and become the pre-production unit?

I will remain out, during the summer doldrums, and the integration of Novacor into a company that has not proven that they can even bring a product to the market yet. I think the purchase of Novacor at this point is too coincidental with the replacement of another part of Heartsaver and reaks of an ulterior motive. I have expressed my concerns with WHT direction to management, and have decided to bow out for now!
