russwinter,

BAY's Management says they will do what is best for shareholders. They will consider takeover offers as well as becoming a silver producer by themsleves.

I would also prefer that they be bought at a good price. But I am not sure that I will sell these shares if no offers comes in and BAY goes the route to production.

I see two reasons for this. First, Alamo Dorado as a silver play and will have exceptional high rate of return and profitability even with silver at $5. Second, although I understand that becoming a producer is very different than the exploration business, BAY's management have proved they care for shareholders. The way they have conducted and financed this exploration program over the last two years is simply remarkable. They have done everything right, avoiding heavy dilution and keeping their loyal shareholders. That is why we have less than 12 millions shares out and a stock chart that looks real good in these tough times for miners.

They certainly lack the expertise to run a mine. But they have extremely good contacts both in the financial and mining world. They can hire the good people if needed and put all the chances on their side.

This being said, I think that BAY will be taken over before the year ends.
