A different point of view. It seems to me that WHT is claiming that, it exchange for a three month delay, they get: 1. More cash. 2. An established product line. 3. An established distribution channel. 4. A significant improvement to their lead product (the blood bag). 5. A simpler pathway to regulatory approval (due to the approved status of the blood bag). 6. Elimination of a competitor. All these benefits are verifiable (if not verified). To me, this seems to be a pretty strong case. Bill
