<ETYS Warrants> ADJUSTMENT TO WARRANT EXERCISE PRICE -- MARKET PRICE OF COMMON STOCK. In addition to any other adjustment to the Warrant Exercise Price provided for in this Warrant, in the event that the Market Price of the Common Stock on the date which is one (1) year after the Warrant Date (the "Reset Date") is less than the Warrant Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such Reset Date, then from and after such Reset Date the Warrant Exercise Price shall be equal to the Market Price of the Common Stock on the Reset Date, subject to further adjustment as provided herein.
