Tony,

Re the HWP downgrade

In a CNBC interview, the Sanford Bernstein analyst who downgraded HWP said that his reasoning was partly based on slower than planned laser printer sales in the first month of the latest quarter. CNBC then asked him about supposedly strong unix server sales. He replied, "the low end of their unix server line, which accounts for 80% of their server business, is experiencing fantastic growth", and the problem he sees in their server business is only in the very high end. He then went on to elaborate on that.

Aren't the chips in those low end unix servers all Intel high margin products?

fantastic growth
