Telecom Wireless Corporation Positions to Move to National
Exchange
ENGLEWOOD, Colo., June 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Telecom Wireless
Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: NOYR - news) today announced
that its shareholders have approved the company's move from a Utah
domiciled corporation to Delaware. During the past few months the
company has been making strategic plans to move the company from
an OTC bulletin board company to one of the National Exchanges.

Recently the company announced the appointment of John Hansen,
chairman of Seattle based Brigadoon Corporation and Vincent J.
Franzcone, a general partner at New York based Prime Charter, to
the Board of Directors. Mr. Hansen rounds out the company's board
with his vast experience in telecommunications specifically as it
relates to the Internet. Mr. Franzcone's investment banking
experience will provide great support to Telecom Wireless'
management team. The addition of both men provides the company
with talented outside board members which are required to be listed
on a national exchange.

The company is currently trading on the Frankfurt Exchange with the
assistance of the Geneva Group. The Geneva Group facilitated the
Frankfurt listing and is moving forward with efforts on investor
relations and the introduction of global strategic partners, as well as
corporate financing activities in Europe.

``The move to Delaware gives the company the kind of flexibility
needed to appeal to the public market place,'' said Telecom Wireless
Chairman Dr. James C. Roberts. ``Management's expectation is to
accelerate plans to trade on a national exchange.''

Telecom Wireless Corporation is positioning itself to be a major
player in the construction of a digital wireless platform for the next
generation data delivery, through strategic acquisitions and
technology enhancements. It expects to introduce enhanced services
including video, two-way voice and data and high-speed Internet
access.

This news release contains forward-looking statements that involve
risks and uncertainties. For a more detailed discussion of these
factors, see ``Risk Factors'' in the registration statement on Form
SB-2 filed by Telecom Wireless Corporation.
