sure...but what if it decides to re-inflate, and only bursts two years hence? you'd waste a lot of money on puts that way, so the issue of timing is not totally unimportant.
it all depends on easy Al and whether he allows the growth of the money supply to re-accelerate or not.
imo the one facet that will be clear in retrospect will be that the unwinding process surprised most people...it will be almost impossible to time outside of sheer luck.
