Ticker: While I tend to agree one must remember that from a GLOBAL standpoint things are a bit more tenuous. Would that the planet could come together under one interwoven legal system, eh? But that'd be part-n-parcel of one global government, wouldn't it? And we know how eager all the nation states are to create THAT particular monster. Kind'a sort'a "as long as it looks like me I'm all right with that...." kind of thing. ;-) As such I suppose "reverse engineering" on a global basis will be an attractive proposition for many years to come. Strictly imh paranoid opinion, of course.... John~
